AQUAROLL MR7 high-pressure rotary machine
Description
This machine is designed to wash, rinse and dry metallic parts through an horizontal rotary carousel with seven stages.
It is composed of washing module, rinse module and dry module and thanks to its washing nozzles, placed in targeted position, this plant allows to get an excellent washing quality.
The workpieces are loaded one by one into the machine and are unloaded in the same place. The workpieces are placed in matching supports. The system can be prepared for a robotic upload/unload of the pieces; it has a high productivity.
